Claylife Refund Policy
Thank you for booking with Claylife!
We offer refund or exchange before 5 working days of an event, if there are 5 working days before a session, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your ticket must be unused.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund.
Refunds - fire and glaze
The following are exempt from refunds:

Gift cards

Any item not fired to the exact colour of choice for reasons out of our control.

Any item that you're unhappy with more than 30 days after pickup.
We will send you an email to notifying you that we have received refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
